What You'll Do

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compassionate care

• Lead, mentor, and empower a talented team of pharmacists and technicians

• Maintain full compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

• Direct and optimize the hospitals 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring access and savings for those who need it most

• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to drive efficiency, stewardship, and innovation

• Serve as a pharmacist when needed to ensure seamless departmental coverage

What You Bring

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy

• Current Pharmacist License (or eligibility)

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience, with at least 2 years in leadership preferred

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to advancing rural healthcare access

Compensation & Perks

• Salary starting at $169,544.96 and up DOE

• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus and $15,000 relocation package
