Rural Staffing Services is partnering with Klickitat Valley Health to recruit a Physical Therapist who will provide high-quality rehabilitation services while supporting the health and well-being of the Goldendale community.

About Klickitat Valley Health
Klickitat Valley Health is a Critical Access Hospital located in Goldendale, Washington, serving patients throughout Klickitat County and surrounding rural communities.
The hospital provides emergency and acute inpatient care along with a wide range of services including diagnostic imaging, respiratory therapy, behavioral health, dental, optometry, hospice, and physical and occupational therapy services. KVH also operates a busy primary care clinic located on the hospital campus and employs more than 300 staff members dedicated to serving their community.

Rehabilitation care helps patients regain independence and return to everyday activities.
The Physical Therapist plays a critical role in evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through recovery following injury, illness, or surgery.
Your work supports patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability so they can return safely to their homes and communities.
The Opportunity
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
Provide therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and balance
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care
Support therapy group programs and individual therapy sessions

What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program leading to a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensure & Certifications
Current Washington State Physical Therapist license
CPR certification required
Experience
One to three years of clinical experience preferred
Additional Skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform competencies and techniques outlined in physical therapy practice standards
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Pay: $44.09 – $63.21
