The Role

As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will function with a high level of independence while collaborating across departments to deliver comprehensive patient care.

You will:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Provide care across multiple settings including ER, inpatient, and outpatient services

Respond to emergent situations with confidence and clinical judgment

Administer medications and IV therapies safely and effectively

Interpret diagnostic data and communicate findings appropriately

Support lab functions when needed, including specimen processing and quality control

Coordinate patient care, transfers, and discharge planning

Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned, supporting team operations and staffing

Provide education to patients and families

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EHR

What We Are Looking For

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current Washington State RN license

Current BLS certification

ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required upon hire or within 6 months

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Comfort working across multiple care settings

Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergent situations

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
