Interim CFO

Were seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide financial leadership at a rural Critical Access Hospital in Washington. This hands-on role supports executive operations, guides fiscal strategy, and ensures financial compliance during a key leadership transition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and audits

- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and CAH regulations

- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and analysis

- Provide executive leadership and board reporting during the interim period

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of CFO or senior financial leadership in a hospital setting

- Knowledge of CAH regulations, cost reports, and rural health funding

- CPA or MHA/MBA preferred

- Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on accounting skills
