Rural Staffing Services is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to support a mission-driven healthcare organization in a peaceful and scenic part of Washington State. About the Role:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, benefits, training, and employee relations. This is a meaningful leadership role where your work directly supports a dedicated team and helps foster a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

• Supporting staff and leadership with coaching, engagement, and development

• Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR policy compliance

• Managing benefits, compensation, and annual performance reviews

• Overseeing leave administration (FMLA, PFML, ADA, workers' comp, etc.)

• Developing and updating job descriptions, HR policies, and evaluation tools

• Promoting employee wellness and recognition programs

• Participating in leadership meetings and organizational planning

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent HR experience)

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or leadership role

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

• Experience in healthcare or public sector settings is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
