About the Role:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, benefits, training, and employee relations. This is a meaningful leadership role where your work directly supports a dedicated team and helps foster a positive workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing:

Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

Supporting staff and leadership with coaching, engagement, and development

Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR policy compliance

Managing benefits, compensation, and annual performance reviews

Overseeing leave administration (FMLA, PFML, ADA, workers' comp, etc.)

Developing and updating job descriptions, HR policies, and evaluation tools

Promoting employee wellness and recognition programs

Participating in leadership meetings and organizational planning
What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent HR experience)

5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or leadership role

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Experience in healthcare or public sector settings is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
