About the Role

As the Infection Prevention Program Manager, youll be at the forefront of patient and staff safety, ensuring that best practices for infection prevention are always in place. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), youll lead infection control initiatives that have a real, lasting impact on the health and well-being of the community.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, implement, and manage infection prevention programs that meet regulatory standards.

• Lead efforts to prevent and control infections across the healthcare facility.

• Monitor infection rates and collaborate with the clinical team to develop strategies for improvement.

• Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention and control practices.

• Work closely with the CNO to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
