As the Infection Prevention Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the overall health and safety of our rural healthcare facility. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will lead infection prevention initiatives, ensuring the best practices are in place to protect both patients and staff.

What You will Do:

• Develop, implement, and manage infection prevention programs that meet regulatory standards.

• Lead efforts to prevent and control infections across the healthcare facility.

• Monitor infection rates and collaborate with the clinical team to develop strategies for improvement.

• Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention and control practices.

• Work closely with the CNO to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
