🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including exams, diagnoses, treatment, and follow-up

• Oversee daily clinical operations and mentor medical staff

• Participate in patient treatment planning and clinical rounds

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure excellent care delivery

• Maintain accurate records, monitor services, and support regulatory compliance

• Provide medical insight during emergency responses and crisis situations

• Support patient health education and long-term wellness goals

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine

• Board Certified and licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Kansas

• Valid U.S. Drivers License

• A calm, compassionate approach and interest in correctional healthcare

• Willingness to work onsite with both male and female patient populations

• Base Salary: $225,000$300,000

• Signing Bonus: Negotiable
