Physical Therapist

Salary 70-90K Annually 

A rural hospital in Kansas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its care team. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting where patient relationships matter.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and function

- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians

- Document care in compliance with regulatory standards

- Educate patients and families on progress and at-home care

**Qualifications:**

- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Current and unrestricted Kansas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

- Strong communication and clinical skills

- New grads welcome; experience in rural or critical access settings a plus
