We are helping a trusted partner in beautiful Vermont find their next Imaging Supervisor, someone who can lead by example, support a passionate imaging team, and jump in clinically when needed. This role blends leadership with direct patient care and allows you to support a team that performs a wide range of imaging services from general radiography to mammography and CT.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support a radiology team across modalities (X-ray, CT, Mammography, DXA, Fluoro, OR imaging, PACS)

• Maintain staffing schedules and coverage, including stepping in clinically when needed

• Monitor quality control daily and ensure compliance with departmental standards

• Serve as a liaison between staff and the Radiology Director, communicating shift updates and operational needs

• Assist with inventory, supply orders, and equipment maintenance

• Help navigate change in a newly unionized environment

• Support upcoming tech upgrades (including bone density equipment and new mammography systems)

What You Bring:

• Certificate and/or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology

• ARRT(R) certification required, plus additional cert in CT or Mammography

• Eligible for Vermont licensure

• At least 5 years of experience in radiology

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Nice to have: Supervisory experience in a union setting, ARRT in both CT and Mammography, experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS

• Salary: $78,000-$119,000 depending on experience

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid in 3 installments, subject to taxes)
