About the Opportunity

Rural Staffing Services (RSS) is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle for a leadership role in the welcoming rural community of Lakeview, Oregon. This position offers the chance to live and work in one of Oregon's most scenic small towns while making a lasting impact in rural healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all revenue cycle operations, including patient access, billing, collections, and reimbursement.

• Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.

• Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue capture.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to guide decision-making.

• Mentor and support staff in creating a culture of accuracy, accountability, and service.

Qualifications

• Prior Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or Rural Health revenue cycle experience (Required)

• Minimum of 5 years in Revenue Cycle leadership at the Manager or Director level

• Strong knowledge of payer regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in rural healthcare settings

• Experience with Cerner/Oracle systems preferred

• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and collaborate across departments
