Overview
Were seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator to join a dedicated surgical services team serving a close-knit rural community. Responsibilities

Provide professional perioperative nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for surgical patients.

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and advocacy throughout all phases of surgery.

Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to maintain a smooth, efficient OR flow.

Participate in rotating call coverage and emergency response as needed.

Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital policy to uphold excellence in patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

CNOR certification preferred.

Minimum 2 years of perioperative or surgical nursing experience (Critical Access or rural facility experience a plus).

Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
