Registered Nurse Circulator (Operating Room)

Overview

Were seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator to join a dedicated surgical services team serving a close-knit rural community. Responsibilities

• Provide professional perioperative nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for surgical patients.

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and advocacy throughout all phases of surgery.

• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to maintain a smooth, efficient OR flow.

• Participate in rotating call coverage and emergency response as needed.

• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital policy to uphold excellence in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

• CNOR certification preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of perioperative or surgical nursing experience (Critical Access or rural facility experience a plus).

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
