The Good Neighbor Pledge is our free mentorship and peer-support program a space for leaders, professionals, and kind-hearted neighbors who want to give back in meaningful ways.
About the Good Neighbor Pledge
This isn't a job. Its an opportunity to lend your wisdom, listen, and connect with others who care deeply about rural life. Whether you have spent a lifetime working in small-town healthcare, built a business in your hometown, or simply believe in being there when someone needs a hand, there is a place for you here.
Members of the Good Neighbor Pledge offer mentorship, advice, and encouragement to those navigating rural leadership and career transitions.
You can volunteer your time through check-ins, calls, or one-time conversations no heavy commitment, just heart.
As a Good Neighbor, you will also be invited to our monthly Rural Roundtable, where mentorship meets community. These sessions highlight rural success stories, challenges, and ideas for building stronger, more connected towns.
