The Opportunity
Provide frontline technical support to hospital and clinic staff
Assist with hardware, software, and system troubleshooting
Support daily help desk operations and respond to service requests
Install and maintain computer workstations and devices
Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and network systems
Support user access, security, and system functionality
Assist with system backups, data management, and IT asset tracking
Collaborate with departments across the organization to resolve technical needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT environment

What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
General knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
One year of general information technology experience preferred
Experience in a help desk or technical support environment preferred
Ability to troubleshoot computers, printers, and basic network systems
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A calm and professional approach in fast paced environments
