Talent Management Business Partner (Engagement & Benefits Focus)

We are recruiting two Talent Management Business Partners who will focus on engagement, retention, and benefits/leave management to strengthen the healthcare workforce.

Highlights of the role:

  • Guide leaders on benefits and leave processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and policy.

  • Build employee engagement strategies that improve morale and retention.

  • Serve as a resource for employee relations, coaching, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with leadership on staffing pipelines and workforce planning.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and labor requirements while fostering a Just Culture.

  • Use HRIS and workforce analytics to drive decision-making.

What you will need:

  • 4+ years in Talent Management/HR with healthcare experience.

  • Expertise in benefits, leave, and compliance.

  • Experience in union environments.

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters and SHRM/PHR preferred.
