Overview
The Perioperative Services Manager provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of surgical and procedural care. This position ensures quality, safety, and compassionate service across the perioperative continuum supporting both clinical excellence and team well-being.
Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, and evaluate all perioperative departments including OR, PACU, and sterile processing.

Collaborate with physicians and department leads to maintain high standards of care and efficient operations.

Develop, monitor, and manage budgets; oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven work culture aligned with rural values.
Qualifications

Current RN license (required).

Minimum 5 years of perioperative nursing or management experience.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

BLS and ACLS required; CNOR or advanced certification preferred.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
