The Opportunity
Support accurate coding and clinical documentation practices
Analyze denials and identify root causes
Partner with clinical teams, coding professionals, and leadership
Strengthen processes that improve efficiency and compliance
Monitor trends and recommend revenue cycle improvements
Help ensure regulatory and documentation standards are met
Serve as a resource across departments for revenue cycle integrity
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of experience in CPT/diagnosis coding or related revenue cycle functions preferred
Understanding of ancillary department operations
Knowledge of medical terminology
CPC or CCS certification preferred
Epic experience preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate across teams
