Job Description:

  • This role forms part of the global knowledge management team and involves working across global jurisdictions to support the legal practice teams in the delivery of client services.
  • The role will focus on providing legal tools which support efficient and effective legal operations. These may be a combination of process workflows, matter maps, automation, client portals and knowledge databases. The role will be responsible for translating the firms' legal operational needs into fit for purpose pragmatic solutions.
  • Using Contract Express to automate documents which aligns to house style
  • Configuration of client portals, which meet client needs and provide an effective user experience, using HighQ
  • Efficiency projects to improve legal service delivery including testing and trialling new products and process mapping

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Good IT skills and keen interest in the use of technology in a law firm setting
  • Experience of dealing with a stakeholders, suppliers, lawyers and business services professionals of all levels
  • Delivering presentations and workshops to stakeholders and practice teams
  • Desirable experience of using legal tech solutions such as HighQ, Contract Express and similar platforms
  • Experience of design, mapping and documenting processes and implementing solutions to meet problems or challenges in professional services useful but not essential
  • User centric approach to services and commercial awareness
  • Able to represent the team and the firm professionally and positively both internally and externally
