Job Title: Trust File Reviewer

A bit about the organisation:

This is an opportunity to join the Trust Operations team of a successful and expanding wealth management business. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Trust Operations function and will work closely with members of the Trust Client teams and the Compliance team.

Job Description:

  • Undertaking periodic client file reviews as scheduled, liaising with client administrators and directors as appropriate and ensuring client risk assessments are maintained up to date and to a high standard
  • Playing a key role in ensuring policies and procedures have been adhered to and raising Action Points where there are matters to be addressed
  • Interaction with Client teams, Compliance and the Trust Operations Director to identify themes for process improvement and training needs across the business
  • Maintenance of the periodic review schedule, risk assessment register and NavOne records
  • Monitoring progress and quality control of Action Point completion

The successful candidate will most likely have:

  • Must have Entitled for Work status i.e. minimum of 5 years residency in Jersey
  • Good knowledge of the Jersey regulatory environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the suite of MS Office products
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A suitable compliance qualification is desirable
