A bit about the department:

The Compliance and Integrity Team provides administrative and reporting support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions with the aim of maximising efficiency, developing new processes and maintaining high quality standards.

Job Description:

  • To provide efficient operational support to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions. 
  • Undertake client and engagement onboarding and continuance procedures using internal applications to ensure data is correctly updated and completed in-line with deadlines, reporting to the Compliance and Integrity Team Leader
  • Liaise with functional management and leadership as appropriate to complete tasks
  • Maintenance of client database information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the Compliance and Integrity Leader

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Minimum GCSE English Grade C and GCSE Maths Grade 4 (or equivalent)
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and to meet deadlines without compromising onquality
  • Adaptability to manage unpredictable workloads and pressures
  • Ability to prioritise and work using own initiative
  • Experience in an administrative environment with a varied workload would be preferential but is notessential
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
