Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location:  Jersey

Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Job Description:

As part of the IT Infrastructure Team, contribute to the organisations network and security strategy, ensuring it aligns with wider organisational priorities and is appropriately reflected in the business and IT strategies

Delivery of IT Support Services according to relevant and published processes, including delivery to SLA and KPI targets across the team

Technical operation of Group IT infrastructure, to include but not limited to the following technologies:

• Local and Wide Area Network Services
• Cisco/HP Aruba network management
• Aruba wireless services
• Aruba ClearPass NAC
• Palo Alto Firewall management
• Zscaler web gateway management
• SD-WAN network services
• Microsoft Security Systems such as Defender for Endpoint
• Solarwinds Monitoring systems
• Telephony services (Teams)
• Certificate management
• Hardware Lifecycle management
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2, 2016 and 2019 operating systems
• Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• An IT professional qualification infrastructure stack e.g: Cisco; HPE; Microsoft; Citrix
• A minimum of 2 years proven skills and experience in technologies within the scope of this role.
• Experience of managing a multi-jurisdictional network and security systems, plus Microsoft corporate environment, utilising both on-prem and cloud services.
• Experience of technical project management - for example, leading small/medium technical projects
• Information security knowledge and experience of new and emerging technologies and legislation that affects or potentially effects the security of Ogier's internal and external client data.
• Technical project supplier management assist with the creation of scope of works and-ensuring delivery against statement of works and agreed costs.
