Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Jersey

Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, flexible hours

The Bookkeeper will undertake the finance processing functions as well as assist with the day to day

business administration of the UK and CI business.

Job Description:

  • Maintain the daily accounting functions for the UK and CI businesses
  • Maintain accruals and prepayments schedules
  • Effective debt control
  • Bank reconciliations, including those in other currencies
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc financial reports and analysis
  • Reconcile fixed asset register to Accounting ledgers
  • Support all parts of the business with administration functions

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 3+ years experience in a bookkeeping environment
  • Credit Control
  • Accounting systems (ideally Business Central or Navision)
  • Visual awareness of business processes
  • Proficient IT skills: Excel Intermediate level
  • Enthusiasm, drive and attention to detail
  • The ability to work alone and within a team
