We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Referral Coordinator to manage and streamline the referral process between clients, service providers, and internal teams. In this role, you will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and effective communication to support a seamless referral experience. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a commitment to service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Receive, review, and process incoming referrals in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure proper service delivery
- Verify referral details, eligibility, and required documentation
- Schedule appointments and follow up on referral status
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or referral management systems
- Communicate updates to clients, providers, and stakeholders
- Resolve issues or delays in the referral process proactively
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards
- Generate reports and track referral metrics and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience in coordination, administrative support, or healthcare referral management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
