We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Tech Specialist to support technical operations, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure seamless technology performance across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and cloud-based systems

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner

Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements

Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges

Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and resolutions

Support cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the United States

3+ years of experience in technical support, IT systems, or related role

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, or similar

Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

Background in cybersecurity best practices

Experience supporting SaaS environments

Work Environment

100% Remote
