We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Personal Service Coordinator to provide personalized administrative and operational support to clients or executives. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate services, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while delivering a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for client service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and service requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries
- Arrange travel, meetings, and personal or professional services as needed
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and service logs
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to fulfill requests
- Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or client service roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
