Technical Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for technical products, systems, and processes. This role works closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, API docs, and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather and validate technical information

Edit, proofread, and standardize documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

Update documentation to reflect product changes, enhancements, and releases

Ensure documentation meets quality, accessibility, and brand standards

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role

Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Excellent written communication and editing skills

Experience working with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Background in software, IT, or SaaS environments

Familiarity with Agile or DevOps workflows

Experience with API or developer documentation
