We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Services Specialist to support international operations, client coordination, and service delivery across multiple regions. In this remote role, you will act as a key point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and high-quality service standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working across time zones, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate global service operations across multiple regions and time zones

* Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, partners, and internal teams

* Manage service requests, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks

* Support onboarding and account management for global clients

* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for service activities

* Monitor service performance metrics and recommend process improvements

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and technical support

* Ensure compliance with company policies, international standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication across global teams

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* 2+ years of experience in global operations, customer service, or administrative support

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in global service delivery or international client support

* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

* Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)

* Basic understanding of compliance and international business practices

* Multilingual skills are a plus
