Innovation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Expert to join our team and lead our innovation initiatives.

As the Innovation Expert, you will be responsible for spearheading and managing all aspects of our innovation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation, develop new products/services, and enhance operational processes to drive the company's growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to drive business growth and product/service development.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for innovation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to generate innovative ideas, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.

- Drive the ideation, prototyping, and testing of new products/services to validate concepts and bring them to market.

- Manage innovation projects from concept to launch, ensuring milestones are met within timeline and budget constraints.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and experts to leverage external knowledge and resources for innovation.

- Evaluate and improve existing processes, systems, and practices to enhance innovation capabilities across the organization.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, advancements, and regulations related to innovation and recommend strategies to stay competitive.

- Present innovation plans, progress reports, and recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.

Proven experience 3 years in a similar role, driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of innovation methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision.

Passion for creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and innovation software platforms.
