About the job Sales Enablement Analyst
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Enablement Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the sales organization by developing insights, tools, and processes that improve productivity, performance, and efficiency. Youll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right data, training, and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Create reports and dashboards to inform strategy and decision-making
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align content and training with selling needs
Support onboarding and ongoing training efforts through materials, playbooks, and tools
Evaluate and improve sales processes and technologies (CRM, enablement platforms, etc.)
Assist in maintaining documentation and resources for sales teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or business analysis
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad) is a plus.
