We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing executive productivity by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision
  2. Coordinate meetings, virtual conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  3. Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials
  5. Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
  6. Assist with personal errands, special projects, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  7. Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks
  8. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners professionally
  9. Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  1. 3–6+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  4. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  1. Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
