We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Leader to oversee and drive human resources initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for shaping people strategy, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to align HR operations with business objectives while effectively managing a distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals

Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and department heads on HR matters

Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and workforce development programs

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and workforce planning

Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation

Lead HR analytics, reporting, and compliance audits

Support change management and organizational development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the United States

Must possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g., U.S. Passport, Drivers License, State ID)

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles

Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting a fully remote or distributed workforce

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)

Experience in organizational development and change management

Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and dashboards
