About the job Veeva CRM

Required Skills:

  • Must have a good understanding of the CRM data model
  • Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) min 3+years
  • Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycles, Workflows, apex codes
  • Manage and have hands-on Experience in Integrations with CRM application
  • Hands-on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Application Administrative Experience
  • Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments, etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
  • Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce
  • Experience in Veeva Align & Vault (Optional)
  • Salesforce Developer & Admin certification
  • Veeva CRM Certified.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area
  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization
  • Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and a minimum 3-5 years of Experience
  • Deep hands-on understanding of all aspects of the Veeva CRM platform configuration & customization incl. access, flows, APEX, LWC, events
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
