Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Adoption & Microsoft 365 Transformation Lead to drive the successful adoption, governance, and enablement of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. This individual will lead the development of enterprise AI strategies, establish Responsible AI governance frameworks, and guide the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI technologies to improve productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.

This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and organizational change management to help business units confidently adopt AI while ensuring compliance, security, and governance standards are maintained. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI capabilities that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and execute the organization's enterprise AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and lead an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to govern AI initiatives, standards, and best practices.
  • Design and implement Responsible AI governance frameworks, policies, approval processes, and operating models.
  • Develop AI risk management, security, compliance, and data governance standards.
  • Define AI use case evaluation and approval processes to ensure business value, regulatory compliance, and appropriate governance.
  • Create executive reporting and AI adoption metrics to measure organizational success and ROI.

Microsoft 365 & AI Transformation

  • Lead enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoption initiatives.
  • Drive Microsoft 365 modernization across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related collaboration technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Design enterprise AI solutions utilizing Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph, and Azure technologies.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven productivity improvements.

AI Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement governed AI agents, workflows, and enterprise automation solutions.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge management solutions leveraging SharePoint and enterprise content.
  • Ensure AI solutions incorporate:
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Audit logging
    • Human approval workflows
    • Data security
    • Compliance controls
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable enterprise AI capabilities.

Organizational Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Develop AI communication strategies, adoption roadmaps, and organizational readiness plans.
  • Establish AI Champions programs to support peer-to-peer enablement.
  • Design and deliver executive briefings, workshops, training programs, and educational content.
  • Create knowledge articles, documentation, and self-service resources to support ongoing adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve engagement strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic AI opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Present recommendations, roadmaps, and adoption metrics to executive leadership.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

Continuous Innovation

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and intelligent agents.
  • Recommend new capabilities that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
  • Foster a culture of responsible innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5–10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience driving enterprise AI adoption or Microsoft 365 transformation.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable Generative AI platforms.
  • Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, policies, and Responsible AI practices.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide change management and adoption programs.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform.
  • Experience working within regulated industries is considered an asset.
