Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Desktop Support Technician to support enterprise end-user environments. This role is responsible for desktop refresh initiatives, Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, Active Directory account administration (INTRA environments), and privileged access management using CyberArk.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service skills and experience working in IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
IMAC & Desktop Lifecycle Support

Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) services for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Execute large-scale desktop refresh projects, including hardware imaging, configuration, deployment, and post-install validation.

Manage asset tracking and lifecycle documentation in accordance with IT governance standards.

Provide deskside support for hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
Operating System Deployment & Migration

Lead and support Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade initiatives.

Perform OS imaging, configuration, patching, and validation testing.
-
Troubleshoot compatibility issues related to applications, drivers, and endpoint security tools.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security baselines and configuration standards.
Active Directory
-
Administer user accounts within Active Directory.
-
Create, modify, and disable user accounts and security groups.
-
Manage OU structures, group policy assignments, and access permissions.
-
Support onboarding and offboarding processes aligned with IT security controls.
Privileged Access Management (CyberArk)

Support privileged account management processes using CyberArk.
-
Provision, manage, and audit privileged accounts.
-
Ensure secure credential vaulting and compliance with cybersecurity policies.
-
Coordinate with Information Security teams for access reviews and remediation.
End-User Support & Incident Management

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and authentication issues.
-
Document incidents and service requests in ITSM tools.
-
Maintain SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction standards.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in enterprise desktop support or IMAC services.

Hands-on experience with desktop refresh and mass deployment initiatives.

Strong experience with:

Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments

OS imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM / Intune / MDT)

Active Directory (user management, group policies, INTRA environments)

CyberArk Privileged Access Management

Solid understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and IT compliance standards.

Experience working in structured enterprise or regulated environments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large enterprise or corporate IT environments.

Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.

Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-integrated environments (Azure AD / Microsoft 365).
