Step 1: HR Intro Call (15 min)
A brief chat to get to know you, your background, and cultural fit. What excites you about RZLT, and to help you learn more about the company.
Step 2: Challenge
A short task to show off your skills and approach. This is also your chance to showcase creativity and mindset.
Step 3: Department Interview (30 min)
Meet the team, discuss the role, and explore how you’d fit into daily life at RZLT.
Step 4: Final Call (45–60 min)
The last step! We’ll talk about growth, goals, and your future with RZLT.
