About the Role

Youll be the vital link between RZLT and our clients. Responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding these relationships. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, uncovering new growth opportunities, and maximizing the value clients gain from our services.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Take ownership of accounts with minimal supervision.

  • Support the Sales department from first contact to closing, ensuring smooth handover and continuity.
  • Onboard new clients, guide them through setup, and ensure contracts and agreements are completed.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and solving challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor client KPIs, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on performance and growth opportunities.
  • Build trust-based relationships that position RZLT as a long-term partner.

We're on the lookout for someone who has

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a related role, ideally within Web3, fintech, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving account growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to client needs.

  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
