Whether you're a creative, strategist, designer, growth hacker, or general badass,  this is your chance to introduce yourself.

What to Expect in the 15-Minute Call

Each call follows a short and structured format:

• Intro: Who you are, what drives you, and why RZLT caught your eye.

• Highlights: A quick summary of your skills, experience, and goals.

• Q&A: We'll dive deeper into your questions or ideas.

What to Prepare

To make the most of the call, please come ready with:

• A short personal pitch about your background and experience

• Links to relevant work (Portfolio, GitHub, Writing Samples, etc.)

• Clarity on your preferences (Freelance / Part-time / Full-time / Internship)

Who Should Apply

We want to meet curious, proactive individuals who thrive in Web3 and fast-paced environments. 

• Have experience in Web3 (or are excited to break into it)

• Thrive in remote-first, multicultural, async work settings

• Are self-driven and take ownership of your work

• Enjoy building meaningful things with smart, passionate people
