About the Role
We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Social Media Manager with deep Web3 knowledge, a degen mindset, and AI-driven marketing expertise to lead social strategy for top-tier blockchain brands. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and fostering community interaction across various platforms. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support both RZLTs marketing objectives and client goals.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage social media channels for multiple Web3 clients simultaneously, ensuring strategic execution, high-quality content, and measurable growth.
- Develop monthly content themes and structured weekly social media calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative across platforms.
- Create degen-style content, including memes, Twitter threads, trendjacking, and viral engagement tactics to resonate with Web3 audiences.
- Lead client onboarding, developing tailored social media strategies, audience personas, and competitive positioning frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth social media audits, analyzing client accounts, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Build and maintain detailed social media content calendars across multiple clients, ensuring timely execution of high-impact posts tailored to each brand.
- Oversee content production and creative direction, guiding the design team to create compelling visuals, GIFs, and video content optimized for engagement.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for content creation, audience targeting, and engagement automation, optimizing workflows and boosting efficiency.
- Develop and implement platform-specific strategies, KPIs, and performance goals for each client, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
- Optimize content with SEO and keyword research, ensuring visibility and discoverability across social media search functions and algorithms.
- Actively engage with relevant profiles, influencers, and Web3 communities, fostering meaningful interactions to amplify reach and credibility.
- Analyze campaign performance against client-specific KPIs, translating data into actionable strategies to improve engagement, growth, and conversions.
- Experiment with AI agents and automation, implementing innovative solutions to enhance engagement and streamline audience interactions.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
We're on the hunt for someone who has:
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Web3, Blockchain technologies, and AI, with a focus on AI-driven content and AI agents.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize content creation, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of various tools, platforms, and their best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
