What You'll Do

  • Write and deliver high-quality blog posts, case studies, website content, newsletters, social media pieces.
  • Develop detailed blog and content plans and coordinate their effective execution.
  • Ensure all content meets high editorial standards, aligns with brand voice, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, community, tech, and leadership teams to understand user needs, product positioning, and industry trends.
  • Support campaigns, funnels, launches, and activations with integrated, performance-focused content.
  • Monitor content performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics; implement improvements based on analytics, feedback, and usability insights.
  • Edit, proofread, and enhance content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Identify new content opportunities and creatively repurpose existing content across platforms.
  • Help maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice across all content outputs while managing deadlines and deliverables with accountability.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, content strategy, or a similar role (Web3/crypto experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi, dApps, DAOs, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience working with content management systems, publishing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple content calendars and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working remotely and asynchronously.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you don't wait to be told what to do; you make things move.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work within the CET time zone.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a fast-paced startup, agency, or high-velocity Web3 environment.
