Job Title: Stone CNC Machinist

Position Overview:

As a Stone Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining both a Wet Jet and dry CNC machine to process and shape stone materials according to specific project requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our client's products, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Wet Jet and dry CNC machines to cut, shape, and polish stone materials such as Granite and Marble.

- Read and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.

- Set up and calibrate machines according to project requirements.

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and accurate production.;

- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments.

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings.

- Proficient in using hand and power tools.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
