About The Client
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client in St Albans who are a very well-known and established nursery currently recruiting a Nursery Baby Room Leader to start as soon as possible. To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years as well as a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Childcare.
The rooms in this nursery have access to the outside area and the setting itself is very conveniently located from local transport links, that is just a short walk away. They are open from 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks per year. The successful candidate will also have 1 week off during Christmas.
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing your daily room operations, monitoring your teams performance, being a positive role model to both the children and your team and ensuring your room is continually running at the highest level in terms of care of the children and the level of education provided.

- Ensuring clear understanding of the settling of new children into your room
- To report/act on any Safeguarding concerns in a timely manner
