We are looking to appoint a highly driven and experienced Cloud Technical Sales specialist with a proven track record of cloud-based offerings and a well-developed understanding of the business benefits of Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud deployments. 

The Cloud Technical Sales Specialist will become a trusted advisor on a customer's migration to a cloud solution.

We are looking for someone to articulate the benefits and differences of alternative cloud solutions to C-level technical and business leaders. 

The Cloud Technical Sales Specialist will be part of the Cloud team and will have direct access to a Portfolio Manager and the Services division to utilise their skills to provide End to End solutions.

The company is expanding its IT cloud solutions and is seeking to increase its market presence by investing in highly motivated and experienced cloud sales specialists.  The company has developed good working knowledge in this area and is now driven to grow its multi-cloud business in the public and private sectors. This is to offer value to its customers to offer the right mix of cloud by complementing the solutions provided by hyper scalers, especially Azure and AWS. This is a major objective for the company and underpins the company's long-term strategy. With a £6 million pound investment, there is greater investment in Cloud services and supplying high-end gaming PCs to football clubs and Esports arenas across the UK and Europe.


Role responsibilities will include:

  • Lead customer engagements to understand their technical and business challenges
  • Produce cloud infrastructure designs that integrate multiple cloud platforms with traditional infrastructure solutions
  • Contribute to bid and tender responses
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Cloud Platform Services (IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS)
  • Maintain and leverage Cloud assessment methodologies to inform the design and Business Case development

Essential

  • A proven track record in designing and selling Public and Private Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in developing cloud-based business solutions for enterprise customers on Microsoft Azure.
  • Disciplined with good time management.
  • Self-starter with sound decision-making principles.
  • Possess great relationship-building skills.
  • Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
