The Senior Software Engineer will be working on both brownfield and greenfield work, as well as providing software development support to other internal departments. The engineers provide API links between the company and external systems. You will be working on a flagship product that is currently experiencing continued growth.

Primary responsibilities include

• Working with a small development team on existing and new projects/applications.
• Take part in the Daily stand-up (10 am)
• Manage backlog refinements
• Influence the product roadmap and assist in refactoring
• Maintain documentation
• Help shape existing and new products
• Influence UI design

Experience needed

• The ideal candidate will have a few of years experience developing React apps with AWS in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrable experience in Javascript/Typescript (may consider C# experience is there is a desire to learn)
• Experience with AWS services ideally Lambda OR Elasticsearch OR GraphQL OR Appsync
• Demonstrable experience being a key part of a software development team.
• Experience with QA and UI

Remuneration Package

• Permanent contract
• Up to £55,000 per annum
