Job: Technical Services Engineer

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience

Location: Bridgend (4 days a week in the office, 1 day a week working from home)

They are specialists in providing voice, data, mobile and cloud-based telephony systems and services to excess of 2000 clients across the UK. The Technical Service Engineer is an essential role in delivering excellent customer service and point of contact for their teams and clients.

You will be

• Providing support for customer systems
• Providing support on telephony systems plus Wi-Fi technologies and line-related faults
• Providing support on customer data services

Remote administration of clients' systems to fulfil requests for adds, moves and changes

Experience needed

• Experience working on a service desk providing IT and telecommunications support.
• Experience in managing issues with connectivity, WIFI, phone lines and PBX support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Decision-making skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
