We are seeking an GTM Operations Program Manager (onsite - Santa Monica, CA) to work with our camera client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management, including asset tagging, availability, refurbishment.

  • Manage internal and external hardware delivery/shipping requests, supporting the varied requirements of the business.

  • Provide operation guidance and support to key stakeholders and wider team members.

  • Manage the delivery and maintenance of ongoing operational processes: Sales reporting, Environmental reporting, Outbound courier delivery tracking, Inbound courier returns tracking.

  • Day to day account management of 3rd party providers.

  • Work alongside our external service providers to forecast capacity in key operational nodes.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated Program Management expertise: Proven ability to scope, plan, execute, and track complex, cross-functional projects and GTM initiatives (e.g., logistics planning, new product launch enablement) ideally within a hardware environment.

  • ERP, CRM Systems Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce / SAP (or equivalent CRM) data models, reporting, and process automation.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker) to define KPIs, measure program impact, and translate data into actionable GTM insights.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Product, GSM, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams.

  • Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable, efficient GTM processes that improve sales productivity and data integrity.

  • Self starter: Ability to self start is essential and having a can do attitude to make it happen. Capable of working at both detailed/ macro levels. Flexible in working hour approach if required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a high-growth technology company.

  • Logistics experience (Parcel / Freight) (preferred but not required)

  • An understanding of international shipping best practices (preferred but not required).

  • Customs Broker License holder (preferred but not required).

  • SAP experience (preferred but not required).
