Role Summary:

Safebox LLC is seeking an Editorial Content Reviewer (onsite in Santa Monica, CA) to support the Editorial function within a Content & Partnerships organization supporting a leading global technology platform. In this role, you will review high volumes of user-generated content and creator accounts to ensure alignment with platform guidelines, content quality standards, and community safety expectations. This position plays an important role in maintaining feed health, supporting a positive user experience, and helping uphold the integrity of the platform. While the role focuses primarily on operational execution, you will also have opportunities to surface editorial insights and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams.

Due to the nature of content moderation, this role may involve reviewing material that could be sensitive, graphic, or otherwise challenging. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and emotional resilience. This opportunity is especially well suited for candidates early in their careers who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in editorial operations, trust & safety, content governance, product support, or platform integrity within a dynamic and globally recognized technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate high volumes of user-generated content and creator accounts in alignment with platform policies and editorial guidelines.

• Assess sensitive or policy-adjacent content while applying consistent judgment and platform standards.

• Identify patterns, trends, emerging creators, and edge cases related to content quality and platform safety.

• Summarize and communicate findings to support product development and engineering decision-making.

• Provide editorial support to cross-functional initiatives partnering with teams such as Policy, Product, Trust & Safety, and Data Science.

• Assist with documentation, tracking processes, and ongoing review workflows.

Required skills:
