Contractor Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Santiago, Chile (remote)

Compensation: USD $1700-2000 per month

Role Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) driven Sales Operations Specialist to sharpen our sales processes, improve pipeline visibility, and equip the commercial team with the insights needed for smarter, faster decisions. This position plays a key role in making sure our sales engine runs with precision, efficiency, and strategic focus. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive growth through data, process improvements, and tool optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Ownership: Manage and enhance our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure accurate data, strong adoption, and reliable reporting.

  • Sales Insights: Monitor and analyze key metrics like conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and pipeline velocity. Build dashboards and deliver actionable reports for leadership.

  • Process Improvements: Spot gaps in areas like lead routing, quoting, and pipeline management. Implement automation and best practices to increase efficiency.

  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Marketing and Product to equip the sales team with playbooks, collateral, and training resources.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Support quarterly planning and target setting by leveraging historical data and business priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Serve as the link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Education & Experience

  • At least a C1 level of English

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Support roles

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles; logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce experience preferred

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth or startup environment

  • Nice to have: Background in logistics or last-mile delivery

  • Nice to have: CRM certifications such as Salesforce Admin

  • Nice to have: BI tools experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
