Contractor Title: Sales Operations & CRM Analyst (Salesforce Focus)

Location: Santiago, Chile (remote)

Compensation: USD 2,800 - 3,500 per month

Role Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (EnglishSpanish) Sales Operations & CRM Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and Salesforce skills to help optimize our commercial performance. This role bridges sales data analytics, Salesforce administration, and CRM workflow design to improve revenue-driving processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and risks

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)

  • Support accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility for leadership

  • Manage Salesforce platform: configurations, integrations, data hygiene

  • Design scalable CRM processes that align with sales and customer success needs

  • Provide user support, training, and enablement on Salesforce and related tools

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and industry best practices

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or Sales Operations

  • Salesforce certification strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficient with Salesforce workflows, data models, reporting, and dashboards

  • Familiarity with API integrations and third-party Salesforce tools

  • Strong Excel + BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)

Soft Skills

  • At minimum B2 English, with strong preference for C1 or C2

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Ability to present findings clearly to U.S. executives

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
