About the job Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Project Coordinator (onsite through the end of 2026) to work with our camera client and in supply chain coordinator and procurement support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement lifecycle: Request and review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from eligible suppliers.
Process purchase requests: Review submitted requests for accuracy, queue them for action, and place approved orders via online platforms, email, or phone.
Supplier Onboarding and Compliance: Coordinate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), compliance reviews, and supplier onboarding with end-users and internal teams.
Order Monitoring: Track open orders, follow up with suppliers for status updates, and ensure the system is accurately maintained.
Daily Coordination: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain team to coordinate daily workflow.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support as needed for Supply Chain Management Cross-training to support coverage as needed in Shipping/Receiving area.
Qualifications:
2+ years demonstrated experience in project coordination
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Competency with G-Suite applications
1+ years in supply chain coordination
1+ years with procurement
