Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant / Project Manager to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional decision-making skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives.
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing time-sensitive matters and shifting business needs.
Coordinate and execute detailed domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
Lead and support special administrative projects, including event planning, research, and presentation preparation.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives and executive deliverables.
Prepare, review, and organize strategic reports, presentations, and executive communications.
Participate in strategic discussions and assist with research and insight development to support decision-making.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership support to junior Executive Assistants.
Manage executive inbox communications, prioritize messages, and ensure timely follow-ups and responses.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Experience supporting multiple executives is preferred.
Experience working in technology, high-growth, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
Location: onsite daily in Santa Monica, CA
