Role Overview: We seek a Labor Data Analyst (remote) to assist our client’s operation teams located across warehouses in the US. The ideal candidate is expected to collect and clean up temporary staff working hours to track productivity, as well as analyze and reconcile the associated invoices. It is a data entry job along with reconciliation responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks for all warehouses for all temporary labor on a daily basis.

• Enter names, hours, wages and ID into the data entry system.

• Compare incoming invoices from vendors against the aforementioned data.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail.

• Work well in collaborative environments.

• Prior experience on data entry related to labor hours is a plus.

• Intermediate and above Excel skills (must be familiar with formulas such as XLOOKUP, INDIRECT, SUMIFS).

• Experience working with MS Teams.

• B2 and above English proficiency.

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with Excel macros preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: Monthly rate of USD $1200-$1600

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10am EST - 6pm EST
